Refund policy

At Himalyaan Shilajit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  1. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  2. The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item
  3. You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refund Process

  1. Email us at himalayaanshilajit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will be provided with the return address.
  3. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Used or opened products
  2. Items returned without original packaging
  3. Items returned after 14 days
  4. Sale or promotional items
